Terms of Service

You may use PoolOps only for lawful business purposes and only if you have authority to act on behalf of your organization. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into the product.

Access credentials, links, tokens, and device sessions must be kept secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account or environment unless caused by our breach of these terms.

Fees, trials, billing cadence, and onboarding terms may be described in an order form, proposal, invoice, or pricing page. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees are non-refundable once a paid term begins.

PoolOps may generate drafts, recommendations, summaries, and other automated outputs. These outputs are provided to accelerate operations, not as legal, accounting, safety, or medical advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them in situations where mistakes could cause harm or liability.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide customer information, messages, photos, and payment-related metadata to the service. You remain responsible for your customer communications, consent practices, and compliance obligations.

We may improve, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and maintenance, outages, or third-party provider failures may affect service operation.

PoolOps is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data.

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, nonpayment, security risk, or violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to any active commercial commitments.
